Notes to the rental rates
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking (bank transfer). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Two fully refundable security deposits paid via Paypal are requested prior to arrival: one of €300 to ensure the villa is left in the correct state of cleanliness, the other of €2,700 against damage: they are returned in the week following the guests’ departure.

Arrival: Saturday usually after 5:00 p.m. (flexible)
Departure: Saturday usually before 10:00 a.m. (flexible)

Smoking not permitted. Pets not allowed.

Included: Your holiday includes water, electricity, linen, towels, beach-towels, end-of-stay cleaning, bilingual meet and greet and a 24/24 hotline.
Cancellation policy: 100% will be refunded in case you cancel your stay at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Afterwards you will be refunded insofar as we can re-rent for the same period.
